Also, I'm putting France 'On Notice.' I think I've been very patient and understanding, but honestly, this country barely functions! I'm talking a South-East Asia level of chaotic disorganisation here.
And if the country gives me any more grief I will not hesitate to drop it down to 'Dead to Me.'
